Hi. I’m Jennifer, and I create content to help people learn.

It can’t be just any old content, though. It needs to be the right content for the user/learner. It also needs to be the right type of content, and available at the right time and in the right place.

Creating the right content requires curiosity — about the software or topic, about the best ways to deliver relevant content, and especially about the users/learners themselves.

My own curiosity directly translates into a diverse (but complementary) set of skills:

And those translate into a more holistic approach to supporting the end-to-end user or learner journey. Better content and better outcomes. And, of course, that great feeling that comes with knowing you’ve helped someone succeed.
